Conditions (Outside The Netherlands)
On this page you will find our general terms and regulations for sales.
1. General
1-1 All our shipping and services are subject to the following sales-, delivery-, and payment conditions.
1-2 On all rights, commitments, obligations, special offers, orders and agreements under which these general conditions are apply, explicitly and unconditionally follow and will be judged under Dutch law.
2. Prices
All prices are in Euro, inclusive VAT .
3. Postal charges
3-1 For the shipment of Pitani we charges 2.95 Euro postage to all countries outside The Netherlands.
free shipping on orders over 50.00 Euro.
3-2 Depending on the weight/volume of the order it will be shipped in an envelope or package.
4. Payments
4-1 After ordering you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an overview of your order and total costs.
4-2 Every order will be delivered after we have received the payment. You can pay with:
4-3 direct and online with credit card (Euro card, MasterCard and Visa) or PayPal.
4-4 Payment needs to be completed within 7 weekdays following the order date, we will then ship the order. During these days Pitani will reserve all ordered items for you. In case we do not receive the payment within this period the items will be made available for sale again.
5. Shipping
5-1 All items are presented with TNT post within 7 weekdays after receiving the payment.
5-2 If for any reason we can not present your order to TNT post within 7days we will get in touch with you by e-mail.
5-3 All cloths are deliverable from stock. In case an article is temporarily out of stock you will be notified immediately. If Pitani can't deliver the order within 30 days, the client has the right to get it's money back without any costs.
5-4 Pitani is not responsible for any excess delivery time or loss and damage by TNT post.
6. Exchangeable
6-1 If the size or colour of the item you ordered is not correct, then you can always exchange this. Pitani will send.
6-2 If despite of that you are not satisfied with your order (or part of it), then you can exchange within 7 days after delivery.
This is only possible if you notify Pitani by e-mail beforehand. Products must be returned within one week after this notification.
6-3 The return costs are for the customer's but we will ship your return product free.
After receiving the exchangeable Pitani will transfer the amount on your bank account.
6-5 Items are not exchanged when:
the cloths have been worn and/or been washed
you yourself have tried to repair the item
you have not followed the correct user instructions
6-6 In case the customer has (partially) received a wrong order, then Pitani will make sure that the proper items will be send.
7. Liability
7-1 All products in the collection of Pitani are subject to tight quality requirements with which baby- and children cloths should comply. Pitani can not be held liable for any damage, physically as well as material and immaterial, as a consequence of wrong performance or use of the products sold by Pitani. Pitani can not exclude that certain information is not correct or incomplete. Pitani is not liable for any consequences as a result of incorrect or incomplete information on their website.
7-3 Pitani is not responsible for any typ - or print errors trough which unintentional price differences are communicated. In case the later does occur the price will be corrected as soon as possible by Pitani.
7-4 Pitani can not be held accountable for any difference in colour as a result of monitor quality.
8. Force Majeure
Keeping in account further rights coming forth, Pitani has in case of force majeure the right to, in choice of their own, exercise a delay, according the agreement. In this case it is not possible to judge lawfully the result of this action as well as to not claim any financial compensation from Pitani. Unless in given circumstances the issues are unreasonable and unacceptable.
9. Privacy
All personal information given to us will only be used by Pitani and will never be made available to third parties. Unless required for payment purposes and delivery requirements to complete the order process.

Pitani aims for customer satisfaction. If in any case you might have questions or complaints about our services and/or products of Pitani, then we request that you contact us by e-mail.
