Return policy


We will try do everything to deliver a perfect product.
When the size or color of the product that you ordered is not what you expected, then you can always exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
This is only possible if you have contacted us by e-mail
info@pitani.nl.
Please mention the reason for your exchange.

Products must be returned within one week after this notification
You can put the item(s) in an envelope or package.

The return costs are for the customer's but we will ship your return product  FREE. 
As soon as we receive your exchange, we will transfer your payment (excluding the delivery cost) within 7 days to your bank account.


Exchanges are not possible when:

*the cloths have been worn or washed and all tags must have          intact.

*you yourself have tried to repair the fault

*you have not correctly followed the user instructions
